After the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami and the following nuclear power devastation of March 2011, Japan still faces a great challenge in rebuilding the disaster areas till this day. In order to recover and reestablish the affected regions, Japan needs to import loads of building materials and parts/components from overseas. However tragic the current situations in East Japan may seem to be, this presents an opportunity for the US industries to export goods, parts and machines to Japan to meet the country’s huge demands for reconstruction. There are, of course, certain standards and regulations to be met for imported materials and machines to Japan. Pacific Dreams, Inc. can help your exporting efforts by bridging communication between the Japanese government regulatory authorities/agencies/inspection bodies and your company.
